Oh dear i shouldn't have eaten that
i made the huge mistake of buying some low carb wheat tortillas and i had one with some tuna in it about 2 hours ago, i read the back of the package and found discovered that 1 has 14 grams of fiber that is coursing it's way through my intestines right about now.

9. normally i have low carb bread with no problem at all
but i think this is too much for me at one time, 14 grams in one sitting is a lot.

10. Must be to offset the wheat-carbs.
I think the tortillas I've had are made mainly with soy flour.
