How do you do a screen capture?

Never knew how to do that...

1. Hit the PRT SCREEN key

Windows automatically saves it to your clipboard. Using your photo editing program, empty contents of your clipboard (This is done differently depending on your program) and then save the file as a jpg. Upload to a site like www.photobucket.com. Cut and paste img tags with url from the site hosting the pic. Now it should show up.

7. Try "Ctrl" & "Print Screen"

Nothing will noticeably happen. After you the print screen key, just immediately go into your photo editing program and look through the menus. There may a be a command that says "paste from clipboard" or if it is like Photoshop you can just create a new document and paste the screen into that document using CTRL V like the person above me pointed out. It should work.
