3. clearly, whatever your flaws, they had their own
chief of which was, apparently, bad taste and/or poor choice of boyfriends.

My dad always has a comeback to my mom, when she says "you are such a dipstick" or some such to him. He replies "and how is Mrs. Dipstick?"
