18. really, or just on the calendar?
Is there a bias in the test that makes older people younger and younger people older?

7. Hmmmph. I got +1
37.1. But I have been seriously ill within the last 6 months, though, so that probably skews it.

once and they sent me shit every fucking day of the year....

When Last I did it, they said I had one foot in the grave, so sorry...

No, they said I was 55 when at the time I was 45....

It's because Of my cronic lung condition....

21. +6 years
Reasons:

-Social Network (not many, but VERY good friends - a bit of a loner)
-Stress (ended and moved out of a relationship which dragged me down...I'd say it took YEARS off my life, not added to it)
-Low Omega-3 intake (they asked if I ate fish, I don't but take fish and flax oils every day)
-Vehicle size/airbag usage (I can't afford a newer car, and quite frankly don't use it a lot anyway)
-Dog ownership (yes, I'm sure my landlord would LOVE for me to have a dog :eyes: )
-High BMI (since when is 5'5 and 140 lbs a huge problem?)

I took the nutrition test, and it reduced my age to 40 years.
