Must be the metric system.

Damn, just did a speed test a dslreports.com, and I'm gettin a tenth of my normal speed. And it keeps fluctuating. Slow in the 1000's of ms, then up to the 100s of ms, when it's supposed to be in the 10's of ms.

Maybe the PacBell\SBC servers (my service) are finally crapping out???
