23. I just didn't have any regular milk, plus I had to finish the soy milk
before it went bad. It actually tastes pretty darn good.

I think our air quality has gone downhill. I am having some troubles right now...I will be okay though...nebulizers are a many splendored thing.

They put me on this new inhaled antibiotic called Tobi...

It's for CP patients... I go on it for seven days at teh beining of each month....

We shall see.....

11. They are from Detroit and they are like no other band I have
heard... the lead singing is a switch off between a guy and gal.... they do songs like Wayfaring Stranger but also this song called do you trust me.... That is the one that is wild.....

I have it if you want me to Email it too you to see if you like it....

I'm doing 28 minutes right now...and maybe I can make it to 30... But I do want to be able to walk when I get off that damn bike....

Good for you...I'm proud you've gotten such good times so quickly...

27. Yes, you do need to watch the air quality......
It truly sucks that the air is so poor for you there....

I know that my husband cuts back his workout when we have lousy air here...but I don't .........

My legs need the workout, and I am much stronger than I used to be......

Crank that O2 up, baby....6 liters! Well, maybe only 4....whatever you need.....
