Sneeches without Starbellies represent Rand's "parasite class" straw-man, while Sneeches with Starbellies of course represent her "virtuous" elites.

Every GI knows all about green eggs and ham. Put scrambled eggs in an aluminum mermite at the mess hall, and by the time you get them to the field they will be green.

Green eggs and ham just look fucking disgusting...and, since they're made from powdered eggs, they don't taste much better.

To get the soldiers to eat, they read them "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss, and then they forget to feed them for a day or so. When those fuckin' green eggs and ham hit the troops' plates, you don't hear "I do not like green eggs and ham, I do not like them, Sergeant Sam-I-Am."

My kids both loved those books, growing up, and I love reading them to kids. Leave the Doctor alone.
