Apparently the Newark sky train is out of order

I just got a call from a relative asking me to check out matters with Lufthansa. Thousands of passengers stuck inside the trains and at the Amtrak station, without the airlines even aware of the issue ...

2. That was how I learned about the incident

By now they seem to have a bus shuttle going, but there were poeple walking on the tracks in the vain hope of catching their flights.
The cell-phone didn't help: just nice call-center ladies unable to do anything; not even able to contact anyone on-site.
