5. He has shown his true colors all year
He was totally dissing Magglio Ordonez earlier in the season. As well as calling out some of his own players in the media. That shit belongs in the clubhouse, if at all.

I'm ok; I'm in the middle of a stretch where I'm working every night in banquets, then getting home to do the show live until I go to sleep, so I'm pretty tired. But after Wednesday I've got 5 days off. so I'm not complaing....

The irony of the above statement is that it was made almost immediately after commenting on Larry Krueger's dumb ass talking about "braindead Carribean hitters".

16. He is the manager of the Chicago White Sox
The Cleveland Indians were playing them over the weekend and were still very much in hopes of making the playoffs, but they lost all three games to Chicago, thus ending their playoff hopes.

The choke symbol is pretty much a huge dis. So much so that I believe the NFL has banned players from doing it, but I guess it is alive and well in MLB.

If they don't play team ball, if they are more concerned with personal stats than playing winning team ball he will call them out, and ya know what? It has worked fabulously! He forced the GM to get rid of most of the players just out for themselves and as for the others he has forced them into playing as a team. You won;t find one guy in his clubhouse that will badmouth him, on or off the record. He has molded a wonderful team chemistry as well as kept everyone loose.

I can't get into baseball. I love pro football, hockey, and basketball. But baseball is liking watching snails fuck.

Playoffs are okay though.

It is my favorite sport to watch. There are so many situations that can come up during a game, the subtle nuances make the game.

and I know those that love stats tend to love baseball.

But I'm so A.D.D.. Football is almost too slow for me.

Wish they played Rugby on TV in the states. Now THAT'S an action packed game.

32. It is funny, I am ADD as well
Baseball is about the only thing that really holds my attention. Of course I keep score, which helps with picking up on the nuances, etc.

I do like math and statistics, so that makes sense.

33. I like applicable math. And that would be as about as applicable as...
it gets. I went to school for music. And I did really well in Theory (which is applicable math).

But I just can't bring myself to get into it. We have a team here in Denver. But I couldn't even get up for games when we had the Blake Street Bombers.

Wish I could though. Baseball has such a long history. I've always admired people that like baseball. Don't ask me why. I just do.
