Introducing... .... Bob Loblaw
Arrested Development last night. The Bluth family lawyer, played by Henry Winkler, was replaced by their new family lawyer, played by Scott Baio, ..... BOB LOBLAW.

Say it a couple of times fast.

David Cross's character Tobias WAS an analyst and a therapist. He left the profession to try his hand at acting. He is attempting to reclaim his former career. His business card says ANALRAPIST.

I've been laughing about that show since last night. Too damned funny.

1. The Fonz replaced by Chachi?
Isn't that ironic.

I really need to start watching that show. Sounds hilarious.

12. Well Ron Howard is the producer and narrator.
I bet it was intentional... and hilarious. Do indeed watch that show. Buy the dvd of the first season (the second comes out Oct. 11). You won't regret it. Funniest. Show. Ever.

16. We don't want to offend anyone on the Andy Griffith show
we want to be VERY CLEAR about that.

2. Oh how funny.
A friend and I have a 15-year running joke about Bob Loblaw. I thought we made it up. Hell...maybe we did!

4. there's a grocery chain in Canada called Loblaws
my friend and I thought it would be funny if the heir to the Loblaws fortune was named Bob. and then we would sit around saying this imaginary person's name all night. :)

5. Best written comedy on TV
And it is dieing a slow painful ratings death. Fox's lack of promotion for the Monday night move may spell the end of this brilliant, quirky, and at times very dirty TV show. I mean the things Tobias says and does could make a hilarious show all on its own.

So everyone please watch, especially if you happen to be a nielson (sp? )family.

6. Definitely-I especially love the exchanges between Bateman and the Mom
Mrs.Bluth:"Now how am I going to get anyone interested in going up to that dusty old claptrap?"

pause

pause

pause

"Oh! you mean the cabin"

8. Or when
Mom and dad were "using" buster's rubber hand and he sniffed it and decided to run it through the pots and pans cycle one more time. :-)

Did you catch the banner last night that said, You're kidding me Buster" but when it fell the two d's fell off to reveal the word killing?

My favorite is still the one where Ron Howard kept going on about poorly narrated shows.

10. No I missed that
but I loved how the cops came running in....everyone just waiting to beat the hell out of the dad. They knew he was going to make a break for it.

11. I feel like I have to watch each episode three or four times because
I miss so much when I'm laughing. GAWD I love that show. They have more priceless, hilarious moments in one episode than most shows have in three seasons.

14. Two weeks ago my wife had it on mute and was still laughing
Taste my sadness!!

Any way she was laughing with the sound off because she could just tell something hysterical was happening.

13. Hysterical.
My favorite character always seems to change every five minutes, usually depending on who had the last laugh.

But one moment that keeps coming back to me is when a bird had gotten into Lucille Bluth's penthouse and Buster was chasing it around with a broom, swinging and hitting things around the home, and at the end of the segment he screams out in horror, "IT WALKED ON MY PILLOW!".. just as he takes-out the chandelier..

15. Buster is often my favorite, but you're right. It definitely changes a bit
I remember when he started dating Lucille 2 because he wasn't wearing his glasses and he declared "I know she's a brown area, with points, and I love her!"

Last night when he was making fun of one of Michael's girlfriends by stuffing balloons in his shirt and strutting around I almost wet my pants.

A co-worker showed me the listing. What were his parents thinking? It cracks me up.
