1. Only if it bounces in, I believe
Otherwise, it's considered a man-made hazard, and the puck can be dropped one stick length away and no penalty is accrued.

3. No, as long as it doesn't cross the goal line
if it bounces off the post, play continues. If the puck is trapped on the netting it is a face-off - I think the face off is taken at one of the circles inside the zone.
