Dilemma:
If I eat after 9PM, I wake up feeling groogy and unrested and feel like crap for the day.

However, my blood sugar level right now is 70. That's a new low and I'm feeling rather giddy right now.

What's the lesser of two evils?

Thx!

3. Drink some milk or hot chocolate.
The protein will help keep your sugar from falling any lower.
