I saw the movie Serenity last night (no spoilers in OP)

It was good. There were parts of it that were kinda stupid but for the most part I thought it was entertaining and had plenty of action. Did anybody see this movie, what did you think? I didnt know until I saw the opening credits that it was written and directed by Joss Wheden (the Buffy guy).

might be better understood if you watched the DVD release of the TV series. Great show and very good movie.

Im not talking about plot points or anything, Im more talking about the acting and dialouge. It was cheesy at times didnt you think?

3. I'm Biased.

So not really. some of the planet-side FX were a bit weak but the acting, dialog and especially humor were all consistent with the show. Check it out.
