1 can o' garbanzos 3-4 cloves of garlic salt pepper 3 tbs. of tahini lemon juice 4 roasted red peppers (I get mine out of a jar) parsley olive oil Stick everything except the olive oil in a food processor. Blend it up. Drizzle in olive oil until the consistency is that of mayonnaise or to your liking. It takes about 5 minutes to whip up a batch.
