I had an awful dream last night...You know, one of those ones you
can't shake? Actually, it was this morning, after MrG left...I dreamed he had been framed for a murder of some sort and was on death row and his number was up, and it was the last day. All of the petitions...none of it worked. There was no solid evidence against him. I was sitting in a room with family members and friends (mostly his) and they were holding a wake as if he were already dead...not being proactive at all. It all felt so completely real, that I had a hard time shaking the feeling after I woke up in tears. Bleh. I can't wait for him to get home from work now, it bothered me so bad. I hate it when MrG works O/T.

:(

1. You can give him an extra-special hug when he gets in.
Things like that really are the nastiest...they do seem so completely real at the time.

5. When MrG is home, they don't bother me as much.
but he's not home, and when I called his cellphone, he had it turned off. He should be home in an hour or so. :hi:

4. We were filing receipts yesterday,
and the thought did cross my mind that those pesky grocery store receipts might come in handy after all.
I've watched too many detective shows. :silly:

Glad to see you back, Mrs.G. :hi:

8. He's in another window right now. He is so darned adorable.
I loved it when he did the little "wheelies" in the bamboo before he could get himself up on his legs. :hi:

I bookmarked it...it basically told me that things are good and bad at the same time, and that I'm out of control. Who'd have thunk it? :hi:

14. That's a nasty one.
My worst dream the last month has been that GB lost every single game this season and I had to take the sh*t from everyone at work.
I will no longer have that dream this season. YES!

all i dreamed was that i was in atlantic city & they had a hurricane there but not really like the one on the gulf coast, one where you could stand in a penthouse suite of the trump tower & watch the water rise over the city without actually knocking down the casinos

this particular suite gives a view of the town from one direction and the ocean from the other, so it was like a combination of a memory and a dream

very strange

but at least not a death row dream!

on edit- i often have the firing squad dream but it can't even get my blood pressure up anymore

really thrown for a minute or two when I woke up. He's safely home with a clean criminal record this evening. :hi:

19. Creepy
When I was little and had scary dreams, my mom told me that they were actually good luck: that the opposite of what had happened in the nightmare would come true instead. That's still how I shake off a bad dream. :)

24. I had an awful dream too.
I dreamt I was making love and after closing my eyes for a moment, I opened them and the woman was 70 or 80 years old. It was a bummer

28. my latest weird dream
involved me realizing that my hubby wanted to marry someone else...in ADDITION to me!!!! For some reason this was some strange test of me because I felt this overwhelming need to let him do it.

I went to the wedding (I know isn't this weird) and when the preacher guy asked if there was anyone who saw any reason the two of them shouldn't get married I couldn't make a sound. Then they were officially married and he bent to kiss her and she shattered into a heap of bones and silk, and I woke up.

Think it might have something to do with listening to KGO810 while I sleep :boring: and hearing about the new movie the "Corpse Bride"?

I woke up sad and pissed. :yoiks:

29. One of my worst dreams...
Bush had gotten us into a nuclear war, and I was driving in my car, I turned my head to see the New York City skyline, and it just wasn't there. This contrasts to one of my best dreams about a week ago, when I was sitting in my kitchen with the radio on, and the announcer said that George Bush's resignation speech was about to begin in a few seconds. I was quite annoyed when I woke up from THAT one :) .

32. I dreamed I killed someone. When I woke ,
I did not know if it was real or not. I was that disoriented from the vividness of the dream.
