3. I just had one. But I am going to quit very soon.
The hubby and I want to have kids very soon and smoking while pregnant is a HUGE no-no!! I would never ever do that to my child.

22. what??? WTF!!!! huh???? WTF!!!! Shell Beau=smoker? NFW!!!
(shock, disbelief, questioning of intuition and all basic gut instincts, questioning meaning of life, massive dissonance rifling through cerebrum, shivers, headshaking, awe, looking up definition of innocent in dictionary, more headshaking, dead feint)

5. 69 days buddy
69 days for me. Think about how you used to have to check and see how many you had-Do I need to stop on the way home? WHERE will I stop? WHEN will I stop? DO I need money or will they take a card?

Where is my lighter? (Checks pockets)

Remember that nonsense?

And I haven't had one since 7:30 AM 26 Feb 1998. It happens. I just tell myself If I have even a puff, I have to reset the date. Don't wanna do that.

25. I quit for a whopping six days last month,
but I couldn't fill the holes and it just got to me. It absolutely sucks-- the one physical thing I can't seem to control about myself. very disheartening. Don't start again.

27. My advice is simple.
If you want to smoke, smoke. If you don't want to smoke don't. You have to figure out which is most important to you.

29. My advice blows,
That stale, dry, crunchy coffin nail underneath the sofa... really is THAT GOOD, at the time !! But that hacking and coughing after a stale smoke will make you wonder whay the hell you started in the first place. Bad idea but it worked for me.

30. Same here
I quit about a year and a half ago and I'm still craving one big time, but haven't given in to temptation yet. Chew some cinnamon gum or eat sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. That's what I've been doing and so far so good. Haven't given in to the craving yet.

It's hard, man...
Although I would be much happier if there were anything REALLY good to smoke. Pretty dry lately.
