1. I melt cheddar cheese on top of all pasta.
Except for when there's another sauce beside tomato/marinara (no cheddar, on, say, fettucine alfredo or penne w/vodka). And not on lasagna.

Cheddar is yummy everywhere.

2. I just had Cheddar cheese melted in an omlette
along with goat cheese. My dog had some cheesey omlette, too.
