I am dealing with the dumbest damn Amazon buyer ever!

This girl is a piece of work. She is complaining that she has not yet received her book. Based on when it was shipped and the speed of shipping she selected, it could arrive as late as October 21! I have responded to every email as calmly as I can but she is bombarding me with requests for a tracking number and insists the US Post Office will give me one. She obviously is totally clueless about media mail.

She insists I was supposed to ship within 24 hours of her placing her order. I showed her the email from Amazon that says I have two business days from the date of order. I outlined everything in a lengthy email this morning and she sent back yet another email complaining that she hasn't gotten her book yet.

I responded with this:

I would greatly appreciate it if you would carefully read my email in its entirety. I have followed Amazon marketplace guidelines to the letter. Expected delivery date information is contained in the email I sent you this morning. Please note the concluding paragraph.

If I get one more dumbass email from her I'm responding with this:

Girl, if you cannot comprehend the emails I send you there is no way on this earth you are going to understand Robert Sardello's writing. I hope this is a gift for someone else.

And boy have I become way too political with everything these days. When she started in on me and I began to realize how pushy and stupid she was at the same time my first thought was..."must be a Republican." Bad me. Bad me!

this was yahoo, he ordered a camera, did NOT pay, said he needed the camera w.in 24 hrs -- on a sunday

i told him i would ship the camera priority mail when he paid or if he wanted overnight service, if he wished to pay extra for overnight service, i would be happy to accommodate him

he then said he would not pay because i had not shipped the camera, well, duh, dude, no one ships anything until you pay, & esp. not on a damn sunday

after abt 48 hrs of emailing back & forth he tried to report me to yahoo

can you believe? he did NOT pay, yet he expected me to ship a v. expensive device on a sunday

yahoo removed his "feedback" and closed his acct, ha ha ha

some ppl are just too dumb or too crazy to live

i sold a book to a woman on a saturday night of a long weekend. i shipped media mail on tuesday when the po opened back up. about 2 days later, she emails 'where is my book?!' of course, it doesn't come for about another 10+ days, over 2 weeks after her order. she left me a 2!!

people don't understand media mail! i just bought a book and paid for expedited shipping. the woman shipped the next day. book does not come, does not come, she tells me i can return it (?!) or get refunded for the shipping. she SWEARS she sent it expedited. finally, it arrives, but only after she has fully refunded my money, book lost in mail. she sent it..... media mail. how hard is it to tell the difference?!!?

email on Monday evening complaining that the book STILL hadn't arrived. No kidding? Nobody got anything. Columbus Day!

You're right. Some people just do not understand media mail.
