3. Instead of trying to get expensive players...

The Rangers should prepare a team that can make it to the playoffs first before thinking about the cup. Spending so much money on superstars proved that it won't work.

Spending so much money not to make it to the playoffs for so many years in a row is a sign that the Rangers need a new general manager.
