If she was struglling, it is possible it wasn't intentional. It's also possible that an adrenaline-charged obnoxious cop did it on purpose. With or without the video it can still be hard to say. That the door wouldn't close makes me think she was still resisting and kicked it open.

I'm far from an apologist for cops, but I don't think I can judge them solely based on this article.

The video was all over our news last night. It clearly showed, from an aerial perspective, the cops shoving the woman.
