4. No. Our knees are on backwards, not our hips

Cats would still jump on our laps, but we could fold our lower legs up to the lap to crush or hug them, depending on our mood.

6. I guess to sit down, we'd have to start by either bending forward +rolling

or bow forward at the hips and fall backwards into the chair. I doubt we'd sacrifice the comfort of sitting on our asses

I think the seat of the chair would be closer to the floor, so that we would bend our knees so our legs were at about 90 degree angles; maybe the calf all the way on the floor.

The seat of the chair would slope downward from back to front, and when sitting, instead of our feet resting on the floor, the entire lower leg would.
