Spam and head cheese with raw onions and he dips the bread in vinegar. Yet he wont eat mayo or any sandwhich if it comes into contact with potato chips. Not too wierd right?
I work with a guy who won't eat anything with mixed textures. For example: he hates hamburgers because the bread, the meat, and the toppings all have different texture. He has to take it apart and eat all the parts seperately. THAT'S weird.
That's what I have been eating every morning as part of my eat healthy and gain weight diet. It is good to get all three sources of calories: protein, fat, and carbohydrate at breakfast for good body and brain function.
