I feel so bad. I have taken some medication, but still feel losy.

its been going around, I just recoverd... fluids, sleep, lots of getting you goofy feeling cold medicine, you'll be good as new in a week...sorry a whole week...

3. Go to the drugstore and buy some Zicam.
This stuff is great. It is a gel you sqirt in the front pockets of your nose, which is gross, but it works. Somehow, it binds with the virus to prevent it spreading in your nose.

You can also get it on cotton swabs.

I can't count how many times I have felt a cold coming on, even had one for a day, and used this stuff, and hours later it was gone.

6. Biggest problem is that when I am sick...
I want to just cuddle up with me honey and not think about any thing. But he works nights and I have my early morning job and school. So I am cuddleless.

Take some zinc and call me in two days.I don't believe in any supplement except zinc,why,because it works.It will shorten the length and severity of your cold.Drink massive amounts of water also.Not soda 7up or juice h2o it's what's good for the soul.
