For politicians who decide what the laws are...
if they saw someone breaking the law they made, what would they do?

For example: If Santorum saw two gay men doing it in the bedroom of their house, what would he do?

1. Hopefully, he'd be arrested on a Peeping Tom charge. (n/t)

2. Politicians could have a choice
If it was the President, he would have to, hem hem, "break it up" since the powers of enforcement were given to the Executive branch. However, Santorum would be under no obligation to break up the sexual mathc, but he would have the choice of reporting it to the police. Sadly, he cannot do that anymore since the gay and lesbian sex laws have been overturned.
