somebody gave me a star!

Somebody donated to DU in my name and now I have star! How very heart-warming, this really is a 'way cool' community. I have had major financial difficulties and have felt sad that I couldn't donate to DU because I visit here often. I always try to make positive contributions with my posts here, but I haven't had the means to help out otherwise. Who ever donated for me, you have my gratitude. Thank you so much!!

2. it is a nice reminder

that there are real flesh & blood people in this cyber space. It really says something about a community when folks help each other out. I hope I can return the favor one day soon.
