my kid is going to need work...
big teeth...small jaw.
1st Ortho says...pull teeth...
2nd says..expand palate...
but oy vey...the cost will be enormous...
whaddya think....???
I am so confused.....

...and they did both on me: pulled four teeth and then I had to wear an appliance on my uppers that spread the palate. Of course when my wisdom teeth came in seven-eight years later, it un-did all my ortho work.
Pulling teeth may be the least expensive option because that appliance made life hell for months.
Or maybe I have just confused you more...

I am very concerned about this....
but then again...just pulling teeth isn't an option either...
