1. It has to be a big fat guy...
I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of Dennis Franz (NYPD Blue).

5. Except that Frank Gorshin's dead...
Edited on Wed Oct-19-05 05:08 PM by kmla
I think there are SAG rules against the dead acting.

Hmmm. But then, how do you explain Chuck Norris's acting ability? I've seen dead people with more acting ability than him...

on edit -

*smacks head*

You said "dead ringer", didn't you?

I feel stoopid.

51. He also played George Burns recently in a one man show.
So he has experience in one man shows and if he did any of the George Burns-as-god bits, he has a leg up, since cheney plays god sometimes too.

Him being dead is only a technical difficulty for today's filmmakers. See Forrest Gump.

38. He's not the same at all in looks or build, but that Chertoff guy from
DOHS (jahwohl! mein fuhrer!) looks like a fucking walking corpse. He certainly fits the bill of ugly and evil.
Otherwise, I'd cast that corpulent CHINO Foulwell; he kinda looks like Cheney the Dick (he's fat enough) but he keeps that stupid smile/smirk on his face all the time, unlike snarling Dick-man.
As far as Hollywood type actors?
Brian Dennehy is great, he could do it.

I've got Ron Rifkin for Libby and Bill Pullman for Fitzgerald. I'll have to give some thought to Cheney. Something is tickling the back of my brain but I may have to do some IMDB surfing to bring it to the surface.
