Is this some weird Oxycontin break, or are there no announcers on MNF?
I kinda like it. Just tuned in and all I get is ambient noise and the woooosh of graphics. Is my hearing affected from my drug abuse since 1995 or is there a technical gaff somewhere?

1. Technical problems?
Announcers' voices are going in and out, soft and tinny then rich and full. I thought it was just my TV, glad to know I'm not alone!

they always fix that stuff during commercials - natch, gotta pay the bills. It was kinda fun, though.

3. They once aired an entire game like that.
It was late in the season in the early '80s. I think the Jets were playing.
