I cant decide if I like it or not. I guess I should give it some time.

But then, Stephen Colbert was my favorite TDS correspondent.

2. I like it, but I'm not sure it's worth losing him on TDS.

I think he needs JS. He's just not as funny.

4. Worried it is going to have a short life span
There are some problems in the flow. And it amounts to a one joke sketch (Colbert is an extreme right wing pundit). Its gonna get old fast. He can't adapt and flow with the humor if he sticks to one theme. Just my opinion.

He's still finding his way with his "character" but I think it's great overall. Lou Dobbs as his guest the other night was really funny! Who knew?

8. "The Word" segment is really funny.
Overall the show is pretty good, it dies a little in the middle sometimes but still gives some solid laughs every night.

9. I know this sounds petty, but the other night,
I couldn't get past his nasty habit of pointing at Lou Dobbs. I have been raised to believe that is really bad manners and, when I see someone do it, I find it rude. He did it throughout the interview. :(

10. Sometimes I think the interviews are a bit awkard
just because he's joking all the time and the guests don't know how to handle that.

12. His Interview With Dobbs Had More Substance Then Any Real Journalists
I've seen in a long time. And he's INTENTIONALLY being obnoxious... I thought that was obvious.

13. Very Funny & VERY Intelligent. Colbert Is A Genius & Has Gifted Writers.
As for anyone who says it "gets a little slow" or whatever... there has never been a show that is funny every single second. Then there's his interviews which are more substantial then any given by widely seen tv journalists. What strikes me as strange is how many DU'ers don't recognize satire when they see it.
