I am cooking dinner Sunday and need some recipes. I am trying to make a French-type cuisine meal. I am making potato-leek soup and some pan seared chicken breasts.
I was hoping for a tart for an appetizer. I have previously made a goat cheese/shallot tart for this crowd so I can't repeat myself. Any suggestions?
Also, I need a vegetable. Green beans are always easy as well as spinach, but I am asking for suggestions.
