The liberals at work make life bearable

this week I attended training from hell...all the gobbledy gok about how you walk the Xyz corporate highway or take the door...

so while we are in training one of the big repukes makes a point of stating how he is very displeased with the big cuts in healthcare at the company....

So this one liberal guy and I look at one another and I say..."yeah...bonehead votes republican and is crying that his benefits are getting cut..."

and this buddy of mine says in the most freeper like voice he can muster...."but we can all thank god that the gays can't marry"....and we both start laughing at the about this...

I am so happy to have some liberal minded people in my office...!!!!

gays not being allowed to marry is way, way more important than no healthcare for 45 million Americans, and poor healthcare for 10s of millions more.

during the break the liberal guy and I goaded the repub about his comments...seemed like he was in pain...because he was starting to realize he was voting against his own interests...

I have a few liberal friends at work, and passing around the latest GYWO or griping about politics to each other does definitely make things a little easier!

My wife works for walmarts home offices in Bentonville, the only liberal minded people she talks to, is the gays...its funny, she feels more comfortable around homosexuals than white, christian republicans...funny.
