Poll question: Favorite Alan Moore Comic??? (Poll)
Favorite Alan Moore comic- and why.

I'm going with Tom Strong- it has everything I've always liked about comics- an element of legend, archetypes, nostalgia, humor and high adventure...

7. The Watchmen is probably the best comic ever....
So yes, its my favorite work by Alan Moore. Tom Strong is really good too, but then, Alan Moore is pretty much a comic book genius.

8. Hard to believe that "Supreme" came up with but my lone vote
It's such a good comic and powerful rebuke to the notion that comics aren't supposed to be fun or the 1960's was a silly age for the industry.
Pity he is retiring.

9. "Retiring" from "mainstream" comics

He still plans on doing comics, just not what he considers to be mainstream. :shrug: I thought he'd stopped doing that a long time ago myself, to tell you the truth.

He's still planning on doing more LoEG books, as well as some other books. I just don't think we'll see anything close to superheroes from him. That and his first prose novel is coming out soon...like any day now.
