what month is this??
driving home tonight, I turned onto my street and saw a blow up Santa sitting in a front lawn with colored lights on the bushes in front of the house.

Had to stop the car and do a double take.

I think I must be dreaming...????

3. October Surprise
There's a guy near us who decorates like crazy for Halloween, incorporating some of his Xmas lawn ornaments in the display. As soon as Halloween's over, he takes the scary decorations down and sets up the rest of his Xmas stuff.

It's one of those houses that people stop in front of, creating back-ups and near accidents, because his house is on a pretty busy road.
