1. I am here
but of course it is contradictory for a luddite to be on the internet. However, I still do not own a chain saw. That thirty foot branch that fell in my backyard is going to get cut-up with a bow saw. My lawn is about 3/4 of an acre and I did it for one year with a push (no gasoline) lawnmower. I sorta gave it up for four reasons. One - I got a used power lawnmower for $25. 2 - the power mower can handle longer grass which means I mow less often. 3 - too many sticks in my lawn which the push mower cannot handle and 4 - power mower will mulch leaves, of which I have a surfeit. I do not own a microwave, a car, or a cell-phone. I would just as soon not have a phone either, but my job requires it, and so does my ISP. When I had my business I did my inventory on a 80286 for four years, and then it died. I switched to file cards.
