2. I hope that helped.
Were you able to avoid burning your skin in your attempt to avoid getting acid holes in your pants?

3. It happened quickly.... acid on, acid off.... I still remember how
clothes just sort of "fell off" in the old days... before I developed a healthy respect for what it can do.... no problems here.

12. I added distilled water to the battery on my generator a few weeks ago...
trying to get the house all in order before the winter weather starts ...

When I finished I noticed some of that white stuff that often accumulates on batteries was on my hands - I didn't waste any time washing it off.

5. Hey.... I've been around this stuff for decades.... I'm TOUGH. There
was a line in the movie The Untouchables... Sean Connery to Kevin Costner.... "If you're going to be stupid, you've got to be tough".... one of the best movie lines of all times imho.

11. My new motto!
I too do stupid things that should have caused holes where none should be!

8. Good morning!
Yeah, it isn't pretty. I'm an art teacher and have been singed, nipped, sliced, diced, asphyxiated, and laid low by pretty much everything you can think of.

10. Hmmm
good question. Some of my kids might have an answer to that!

Nah...I'm universally thought of as a push over in the classroom but I experiement with stuff..a lot. Like propane burners, etching creams, etc.

There's a high mortality rate for art teachers, you know! Seriously, I have lost three colleagues to various cancers. There are some materials I refuse to use, include Sharpie markers and rubber cement. Also I'm very careful with clay dust.
