2. Van Halen
The second one had one or two good tunes, but they never even came close to their debut.

4. Two words... FAIR WARNING

How can you say that album doesn't kick unholy ass?

Hell, I thought the first 4 albums were perfect, though way too short by today's standards. Diver Down was good, but they didn't write half of it. And 1984.... well synth crap is synth crap, but the rest of it was great!

5. that is the one i am most familiar with...i never listened to NIN
much after that until recently because i am going to see them next week in NYC and I needed to play catch up. I like the newer one also, but many don't. Closer seems to be everybody's favorite.

9. I thought all the albums were good
except the fragile. It would have been good had it been half as long, but there's too much filler.

If you don't think Broken and Downward Spiral are amazing, you need to be depressed more often. :D

7. Weezer.
Weezer's catalogue is okay, but their first album is a masterpiece.

12. Foreigner
The Cars

Boston

Those are my big three - I expected a lot from all three of them and was terribly disappointed in their follow-ups.
