That was a rough spot on DU, to be sure, but all those freepers were predicting the board wouldn't survive the winter! Ha! After just completing a 1000+ contribution fundraiser, I'd say DU is stronger than ever. Let their hand-wringing continue.

(BTW, why does it never occur to any of them to examine the bile-filled right-wing attacks on Clinton during his presidency? Making wagers on Reagan's death is NOTHING like the crap they spewed at Clinton. And it continues to this day.)
