I used to work for this SCUMBAG company and this story just came out on them. TO think those asses in the front office are facing jail time!!!! YEEEEHHAAAAAA

A COQUITLAM-BASED TOY IMPORTER HAS BEEN CHARGED IN WHAT ENVIRONMENT CANADA IS CALLING A 'TOXIC TOY' CASE.

'DYNAMIC TOY IMPORTERS LIMITED' HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH EIGHT COUNTS UNDER THE CANADIAN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT, FOR ALLEGEDLY IMPORTING, OFFERING FOR SALE, AND SELLING OZONE-DEPLETING SUBSTANCES.
THE CHARGES STEM FROM THE ALLEGED IMPORTATION OF FIVE SHIPMENTS OF NOVELTY ITEMS CONTAINING HYDROCHLOROFLUOROCARBONS-- SYNTHETIC SUBSTANCES THAT HAVE BEEN BANNED OR RESTRICTED IN CANADA SINCE 1999.
THE PRODUCT WAS ALLEGEDLY IMPORTED IN 2003 FROM CHINA THROUGH THE PORT OF VANCOUVER-- THEN SOLD IN RETAIL STORES IN COQUITLAM IN 2004.
IF FOUND GUILTY, PENALTIES TO THE COMPANY COULD INCLUDE JAIL TIME OR FINES OF UP TO A MILLION DOLLARS.
