I'm inconsolable when I'm bereft of Brie, I can't pass muster without a bit of Muenster, a cannot bear without my Camembert...and so on.

I eat a little cheese every now and then, such as the feta I had in my portabella wrap yesterday evening.

I believe originally it was "...life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the lust for cheese."

Cheese and my morning bowl of Cheerios are all that stand between me and a totally animal-free diet. I could probably give up the moo juice in my cheerios but the cheese would take away my sunshine. I love a good Bleu, Triple-creme or Ricotta more than anything. The mite cheese upthread made me almost swear off though...that's nasty.
