Har-Rumph.
You ever have to work with or train someone who does a crappy job and then you're the one responsible for cleaning it all up, and the cleanup takes you 5 times as long as it would have taken to just do it yourself in the first place? HARRUMPH!!! :grr:

2. Training people is very time consuming
I have always failed to understand how employers think a person can still fulfill all of their duties while training someone else.

4. Yup, I hear that
We do 100% QC on people's work while they are training (it's the nature of this job), so you basically have to re-do/re-work everything they do. And if they did it wrong, you have to explain the errors, the corrections, then either QC the corrections or do them yourself. Time-consuming is right. Luckily, this trainee is no longer under my supervision, but I just got a new trainee as a replacement yesterday, and am still cleaning up from the first one.

9. I wish, dude...
Still doing cleanup of stuff today. But now it's an SEP! (somebody else's problem...) They want to make sure it's her, and not my training, that is the issue. Fine by me!

7. The best harrumph ever. Blazing Saddles

Governor Le Petomane: Holy underware! Sheriff murdered! Innocent women and children blown to bits! We've got to protect our phony baloney jobs, gentlemen. We must do something about this, immediately, immediately, immediately!

Reporters, Taggart and the Governor: Harrumph! Harrumph! Harrumph! Harrumph! Harrumph!

Governor: I didn't get a 'harrumph' out of that guy!

Lamarr: Give the governor a 'harrumph!'

Reporter: Harrumph!

Governor: You watch your ass.
