Chocolate and Acne: They say scientific studies have 'disproved'...
... the 'myth' that eating chocolate causes you to break out (pimples).

So how come everytime I eat chocolate I break out?

They get on your fingers, then you touch your face, and it goes from there. :shrug:

3. What kind of chocolate?
I think it has more to do with the quality of chocolate.

If you eat cheap american candy bars, yes they will break your face out. It's the wax they add to the bars to make them hold their shape. It's the wax that adds to your acne.

If you eat good European chocolate with most of its fat coming from the cocoa, then your face will thank you. You will have much less of a problem.

Lesson: eat good quality chocolate. :-)
