closing arguements before the judge on the gov's motion to dismiss: every word could have been a thought pulled out of my own head about the fucking war, our gov. and John Q. Public. simply amazing that it was so well written and on PRIME TIME TELEVISION! equated being patriotic with dissenting! FUCKING FANTASTIC I TELL YOU!

and Jon was his usual faboo self on TDS, and Boxer was the guest of much honor. I screamed 'I LOVE YOU' to her at the end. I am so proud to have voted for her! (she said she her best vote was her vote against the war)

i have no idea about boston legal...if it's like most american shows, you should see it in a couple of years or so. (if I am not mistaken, they do that with some of our series, right?)

The interview with Barbara Boxer was great!

Both cases on Boston Legal were great, but the war commentary was amazing. It showed how hollow the RW talking points are, how willfully ignorant we as a public are, and how bad the situation is in Iraq.

I can't ever connect to the tracker with the .mp4 files. zearc is the tracker. I wish I could get those. I don't need a high res version for a single guy sitting at a desk.. I think I might of bailed to early so many times that IP got banned.

Barbara Boxer was wonderful!

James Spader spelled it out brilliantly. He mentioned everything that we have been saying here (maybe David Kelly reads DU). He knew he couldn't win, but he got his point across. The judge even agreed. We went into the war built upon lies.

I was shocked at how perfectly they articulated the issue.

We knew they couldn't win, but just getting the argument out there for the TV-viewing public is well worth it.

who of course tried to counter-argue Alan's points...here's some of the comments verbatim:
