My refrigerator door death ray is a SUCCESS!!
I've been at home, playing with my new Refrigerator Door destroying death ray thingy, and finally got it to work!

I have my house shielded, so this shouldn't have affected anyone else in the country. But I finally got it to work on my own fridge door!

Sonofabitch fell right off.

PLUNK!

Just like that!

I can't wait to use this at someone's home. What a prank!

9. Yeah, that was a mistake. The end of humanity's first perfect Utopia,
free health care, unlimited energy, education at a level no human group has ever achieved, world peace... we had it all 'til I hit that "On" switch.

Oh well, at least I was able to give people the memory of a different past so no one noticed.

10. Ummm. You actually don't seem to remember the damage to the shields.
Do you?

Oh well. At least you're very persistent.

My refrigerator has been acting up and threats don't seem to be intimidating it into doing what I've repeated and patiently explained it must do.

Can you come over? But leave that only memory erasing ray behind, OK? I want to remember my wife and kids in the morning. Just the refrigerator gets it. It deserves everything you can give it.

destroyed our Utopia, erasing the memories of damn near everyone: the politicians, the scholars, the engineers, the academics, the artists... all lost.

I thought I was just erasing the memory of McLean Stevenson, but alas, the shields were crap.

Ah, well. What're ya gonna do?

I'll send over a team with the refrigerator ray to take care of yours.

12. Sorry, but Rabrrrrrr has some of his own "damage to the shields"
He's a few photons short of a full torpedo: He accidentally turned the ray on himself. And now he thinks he's destroying things with his refrigerator door. Really, you shouldn't encourage him in this.
