I'm in hell

There are these jerks outside my window at the communal pool (it's a condo complex) being insanely loud. And these condos mainly house families, not obnoxious students. So annoying - reminds me once again why I can't stand most people my age. I know people like to joke around that I am the oldest 22-year-old they know, but I have to be up at 5:30 and the last thing I need is some inebriated frat party going on 40 feet from my window all night.

And yet, I can't stop thinking about the opening scene from Dirty Harry... See people, this is why I support gun control (for myself at least!).

1. I know the feeling.

I used to live on the town square in Stevens Point, WI - a prime area for partiers, because there were lots of bars around.

I can remember many a night when I had to be up early the next day, struggling to sleep despite the loud, obnoxious people on the street below. I often had to have my window open also, because I didn't have air conditioning.

Hope you're able to get some sleep tonight!
