1. Bad mouthing ALWAYS comes back on you. Always.

I despise the last place I worked for, but Mr. Gray still works there and this is a small town, so I keep my mouth shut. Plus, you'd be amazed who you run into in other parts of the country years later who had a connection with the place you worked at.

Better to leave with grace (and make a voodoo doll if it makes you feel better.)

sounds like a good choice. They actually sell them in bookstores ready made. Saw one at a Books A Million recently.
