prior to WWII the swastika was a good luck symbol

2. You can find poker chips with swastikas on them for good luck.
It's really strange to see. Doesn't matter to me though, that symbol disgusts me. Regardless of it's OLD meaning, it still makes my eyes hurt when I see it. Reactionary.

The swastika in the picture above is also reversed from the old Indian symbol of 'luck'.

5. No, it's an ancient symbol that was "oriented" both ways.
Many cultures have used the swastika.

But it's been tainted by association for a couple more centuries, at least.
