I roasted yellow, red and orange bell pepper, some zucchini and yellow squash. Then I toasted that with farfalle (bowties) and parmesan cheese. :9

Yes, I do have leftovers. ;)

with Marzetti's "The Ultimate Bleu Cheese" dressing. Your lunch was much healthier and what I probably should have had.

10. You're making me hungry and I can't even go into my kitchen
Besides, the stove is now in the master bedroom as is the fridge.

(Workers are laying tile in most of the house. I can only walk in a few spots right now, much less get into the kitchen.)

22. ooooo
that sounds good
did you get it with onion and lettuce

i go to a place here called health bar and they have a good vegetarian burger (though it does have an occasional water chestnut in it which i cant abide)

you get a side salad or fries with it so sometimes i get the sweet potatoes version
but good chips and salsa is nice too

20. Leftover Indian food.
Nan, cucumber raita, and chickpeas in a tomato-y sauce. I still have some tandoori-ish chicken and basmatic rice ... my first from-scratch Indian meal, made last night for my book group.

35. Chicken sandwich, but...
what a chicken sandwich! Ezekiel bread, greenleaf lettuce, organic mayo and organic free range chicken. I even let myself have a slice of provolone cheese on it.

But the broccoli, carrot and green pea wrap (ezekiel again) I had for dinner was better.

Bill
