My partner just bought a gay bar in NYC...

Should open in 2 weeks, after renovations. So, if you're in the city, it's called "Eastern Block". 6th and A. Drink Up!

3. When I was in colllege I was in Manhattan

for an art exhibit..I think it was Van Gogh at the Met. It was many, many years ago. We walked into a bar and sat down and looked around and decided we had walked into a motorcycle club bar.

It was about five years before I realized it was a gay bar. Those were simpler times, then! The motorcycle guys were very nice and easy to talk to and perfect gentlemen. Not one of them came on to either of us. God, we were stupid.
