I've been getting lots of requests to "free the duck", "remove the duct tape", "the duck takes too much bandwidth," "blah" "blah" "blah" and "blah".

17. He showed up during the terrorist threats in 2003 (?) when
the government advised everyone to buy duct tape and plastic in case of a bio-terra attack. I lifted him from somewhere, either here or off another board I got thrown off.
