... It's tingling... that's a sign of a cold sore right? X_X Noooo!

Maybe... it'd be a good idea if I looked up symptoms to be sure.

... Hard and red bump? This is flesh colored and squishy

... And it's only tingled since I've been picking at it...

... And I don't have a cold or fever...
